Hair routines and perceptions study for brand relaunch
The Ask
Unlock a brand relaunch by navigating a value-to-premium shift, understanding deeply ingrained haircare routines, usage, and perceptions.
What we delivered
Given the study’s complexity, we brought in highly-articulate respondents who can work with detailed online boards. The pre-task asked for AM/PM hair care rituals, products used, and decision drivers. It also used sensorial projectives, from dream haircare to word associations and brand futures.

Our context setting throughout the project was strong enough for the client to come back to our researchers even after the study for their gut feel on the key insights and themes.
