A detailed online board with abstract prompts required live probing to help respondents share personal, unique responses. We staggered participation in DI-like batches to focus on smaller cohorts at a time, allowing us to unpack vague statements and encourage articulation. Given this was our home market, we helped us stitch in a lot of cultural nuancing into the responses.
