We explored how consumers are adopting and using quick commerce, mapping key usage triggers, barriers to adoption, and the role of quick commerce in everyday life versus planned purchases.

 

We also looked at how consumer expectations are shaping perceptions of existing players and what consumers see as the ideal quick commerce experience going forward.

We provided a clear view of the quick commerce journey, from entry triggers to future expectations, along with implications for speed vs. reliability trade-offs.
