Cloud decision-making for small and medium businesses
The Ask
Scope the needs of professionals in cloud computing and AI/Gen AI services to drive stronger preference for the client versus competitors. This included engaging developers and decision-makers across Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
What we delivered
We recruited a highly specialised cohort of professionals across GSIs (e.g. large firms like Infosys, HCL) and ISVs (e.g. Swiggy, Hotstar, Dream11), ensuring a strong mix of application developers and DevOps engineers.

Given the complexity of the category, we validated not just employment but depth of knowledge, ensuring participants were actively involved in development and decision-making around cloud adoption. Our project team verified profiles using corporate ID cards, LinkedIn validation, and back-check conversations. We shared a detailed roster with the client that contained profile information, LinkedIn links, screening responses, and fieldwork schedules ahead of sessions.
A key challenge was identifying genuinely knowledgeable respondents in a space prone to surface-level or AI-assisted responses. We screened and cross-checked ChatGPT-generated responses, and ensured video-on participation to avoid scripted answers.
